@MaryPopeOsborne #2 He came to me and said “Do you have books called The Magic Treehouse? I read #1 over the summer and I loved it! I want to read the rest!” It is now October and he is on book #5 or #6 in the series! He did his first library project about these books!

@MaryPopeOsborne #1 I am an elementary school librarian and I have a 4th grade student that read hardly anything last year. He focused only on books with picture of Pokémon in them but never actually read them. He walked into the library this year and blew my mind!

@LeslieP70 @papaskos It’s not perfect! I’m going to make some changes using the in depth explanations in the book. But Ik a lot of us need to post standards in our rooms and I think we will be able to use them better if they sound like they apply to the “littles”
