@MartinSLewis with the new Klarna has gone bankrupt what is the law behind repaying any money owed? If a holiday company goes bankrupt the public generally lose their holiday and don’t get a refund yet I suspect any payments due to klarna are still expected?

@MartinSLewis hi team! Any advice on getting refunds from unwilling airlines? Sri Lankan refused to repay compensation I’m owed and have now gone silent. I have to wait 8 weeks from contact with them to contact the civil aviation authority!
