Slightly out of context..

I was in high school when my mum was having some health challenges. She went for an MRI. I remember she had to go all the way to lagos for this so there wasn't a single machine in the whole of Phc! It was discovered she had a brain tumour.

She had to go abroad for surgery. The laser surgery was carried out in London.

My mum was abroad in a serviced apartment for 7months, she didn't cook for most of it, didn't clean. Her feeding, lodging, hospital bill was all paid for by her company.

Her salary, for the 7months she was away was paid in full.
