We reject predatory debt that mortgages the future of our children and condemns generations of Kenyans to perpetual economic hardship. Public borrowing must serve the people, not enrich a few through corruption, inflated contracts, and opaque deals.
Kenyans cannot and should not be forced to repay debts that were incurred illegally, unconstitutionally, or without accountability. Every shilling borrowed in the name of the people must withstand the test of legality, transparency, and public benefit.
We demand a comprehensive public audit of Kenya's debt portfolio and full disclosure of all borrowing agreements. Those responsible for illegal or wasteful borrowing must be held personally accountable.
The burden of corruption must never be transferred to ordinary citizens through higher taxes, reduced public services, and a rising cost of living.
Our future is not collateral. We refuse to saddle future generations with the cost of debts they neither approved nor benefited from.
We will not pay illegal debts.
@KeEquityBank@DrMumbiSeraki@PayPal You're terrible people....You just decide to terrorize a customer for demanding their right ..I abandoned my account and moved on for nonsensical victimization....I will keep telling this story until Kingdom come ..I tried to see the CEO personally i was blocked
@EmilioMwas@MwangoCapital When it comes to extracting taxes they use world class systems, when it comes to service delivery all over a sudden the fast systems disappear
@MwangoCapital The News i love hearing..Laws borrowed from The US , Colonialistic Tax Collection and Enforcement of unfair rules but service delivery worse than in Somalia ...
@AbdulahiAdan10 Do you know how some of us feel that the government refused to pay our pending bills totally? Our companies are now debt riddled shells driving us into real depression and hopelessness? New projects are just an insult to those owed a collective total of Kshs 1T
We have won!!!
The High Court has declared unconstitutional the Petition I filed challenging sections of the Computer Misuse & Cybercrimes (Amendment) Act, 2025!
Sec. 6 (1) (J) (a) has been declared unconstitutional!! The state can’t stifle Kenyans rights and freedoms to free speech!
A huge thank you to my advocates; George Sakimpa & Andrew Muge!
Watu wa majani chai Mpo? At last week's Mombasa tea auction, Rwandan tea fetched an average of Sh354.75 per kilogramme. Kenyan tea fetched Sh299.28.
This is Kenya, the historic home of East African tea, with a brand built over generations, being outpriced by a smaller neighbour at our own auction.
Why? A Sh2.28 levy introduced on every kilo of exported tea since May 1 has pushed buyers toward Rwandan, Ugandan and Tanzanian alternatives. One industry leader said producers from those countries "are smiling all the way to the bank," while Kenyan tea struggles to find buyers. Last week alone, 1,600 tonnes of KTDA tea went unsold.
Stakeholders are now asking the government to scrap a levy worth roughly Sh1.2 billion a year, rather than watch the entire industry and the smallholder farmers who depend on it sink.
This is what happens when every new tax is designed around how much revenue it raises, never around what it costs the economy. We taxed our way out of our own market.
Farmers did not create this problem. Someone did.
@WashiraX KRA ,NTSA,NLC ,NEMA,KEBS , PRIVATISATION COUNCIL,EACC,IPOA ,JSC will be the first casualties in the next Government's Purge .. I'd urge anyone who's seeking a job opening there to chill first ...Those bodies are why Kenyans are crying daily.
@davidmakali1@ntsa_kenya The problem is not NTSA guys .. I keep saying it..The problem is The Judiciary and Parliament..These two institutions keep ruling against Kenyans...NTSA is just an enforcement agency...Let's get to the bottom of it ..Even the speed cameras are just for rent seeking.
The Government cannot reintroduce the Motor Vehicle Tax rejected in 2024 through the fee of Kshs 2,000.00 sought to be collected through the inspection of private vehicles. NTSA has permitted unroadworthy public transport vehicles to remain on roads. The Government has failed or refused to repair roads. The illegal taxation of private vehicles which is another way of stealing from Kenyans should be resisted.
