For those of you who cannot celebrate the heroic actions of our police department while condemning those within it that committed crimes, you have to be mature enough to understand the two coexist. The police that killed citizens in my neighborhood on the Danzinger Bridge were criminals. Just like the cops that killed Henry Glover. You are naive or intellectually dishonest if you think the entire department is responsible for the criminals within. If that’s the case ALL NEW ORLEANIANS should be considered criminals for the actions of the few that terrorize our city. Be an adult and cultivate what’s best for our community. We can celebrate police when they are heroic and prosecute those who commit murder and criminal corruption. This is not a zero sum world.

TOUCHING STORY: #Saints superstar linebacker Demario Davis shared a touching story about how his 4-year-old daughter suffered her 4th epilepsy seizure this Friday and it was the “worst seizure that she ever had,” and he talked about what the POWER OF PRAYING did for them.

“We prayed and we prayed and she had medicine, and my wife and I had to stay overnight at the hospital”

“And in the middle of the night, probably about 3 o'clock, I heard a knock. And the knock was my daughter. I said, 'God, let this be just an attack from the enemy that's just trying to be a distraction and let him have overplayed his hand and my daughter come back stronger than before.’”
