Mistakes that I made and learned from it.

I bought a land with a friend some time ago in Abuja at the same time. After 5 years they offered me and my friend x7 of the price we bought it, my friend told me at the time not to sell mine that he won’t sell his and that he will lease it instead if he sees the opportunity.

I didn’t listen, I sold the land because the money was an enough profit for me.

The same year I sold mine, they priced my friend to sell his for 250M naira and he refused still.

The same land is what he has just negotiated with a real estate company for a building development that is worth about 7b naira and he is to get about 35 % from the deal and he accepted.

Please can you share your experience and advice for other people that are looking to buy lands and how we can maximise it?

🚨🚨Please be careful what you eat in Nigeria now as the cases of kidney problem is on the rise.

- when you buy beans, they usually preserve it with pesticides so try and cook the beans few times and throw away the water so you can reduce the pesticides the wicked people are using to preserve it.

- if possible stop buying all those banana 🍌 that is green but is already ripe. Most sellers are using ethane to ripen them and it’s not good for your health.

- Before you buy red oil, make sure who you are buying from as many of the sellers now use red dye in place of red oil 😩
