I want to record my wholehearted support for Emily Bridges today, whose dreams and aspirations have been shattered today by @BritishCycling. I appreciate that trans women competing in the female category of sport is controversial but Em has NOT been treated fairly.

This is the most conclusive study so far. The result is gender affirmative care does not decrease suicide rate. Thus we need to re-consider how we treat gender dysphoria. Clearly Stonewall-guided treatments are failing.
