@MartinSLewis Currently sitting at home shivering under 3 blankets as I'm the only one in the house, and I can't justify the expense of running the heating for just me.
Absolute rubbish today @altontowers Too many people and rides not working. Stuck for over an hour in Smiler queue this AM, booted out of the queue for Spinball after an hour at lunch. Over to Nemesis, that's gone down now. 3pm and we've ridden Smiler. Waste of money/time.

@amofthepm Last summer, I needed to cancel a prebooked visit to CWoA with 36 hours notice when one of my kids got Covid. 10 days before I got an acknowledgement. Cancelling at that point was a moot point! There needs to be a simple 'release prebooks' on the booking system. Easy peasy!
@AmazonHelp Hi Ash, I've tried via the link you sent, and ultimately I end up with the same issue - the item is not deemed returnable/refundable. This item has been delivered opened, and underweight. It is clearly 'compromised' and a risk for consumption.
@AmazonHelp Item only just delivered. Tried to arrange a return via 'my orders' and was told it wasn't eligible. More concerned that (as its a food item) it may have been tampered with.
