How often do people get scammed thru @StubHub? This was our 1st time purchasing tickets thru #stubhub & we got scammed out of 8 tickets. Seems widespread as customer service says their replacement team is "bogged down with requests" from buyers who were scammed and need new tix.

@TeamStubHub @StubHub It's also odd that the supervisor told us the scammer is a "top seller" on @StubHub. It's concerning that #stubhub would continue to allow this scammer to sell tickets on their site in massive quantities when this person is selling fraudulent tickets.

@TeamStubHub Unfortunately a refund is not the resolution we are interested in when 8 people traveled to Colorado for this concert for my parents’ 35th wedding anniversary. We called @StubHub yesterday and another 2 hours today with no success.

@TheNataliatom @StubHub We definitely need a new alternative site for ticket sales — between @stubhub and @Ticketmaster, are are so many problems. For my family, a refund is not the resolution when 8 people traveled in for the weekend specifically for @OldDominion

In hindsight, never would have purchased from @stubhub and I would caution against it if you plan to travel for a concert. For us, we have 8 people who traveled here for @OldDominion and now we won't be going to the concert tonight. #stubhub #olddominion

Definitely something to remember if you purchase tix thru @StubHub. While it may seem like a valid site and they have "FanProtect Guarantee," the site is still riddled with scammers and you ultimately aren't protected. #stubhub
