I am horrified. I bought 53 bottles of Exquise Grenache Rose from Lidl for our wedding, and have just discovered (after dropping them at the wedding venue for safekeeping) that at least one of them contains a dead fly. This is unacceptable. Please advise @LidlGB @lidl

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. The inference I am lying about what I sent back to them is astounding. Never shopping with them again and will advise all friends to avoid. @boohooMAN @boohoo #boohoo

Absolutely apalled by @boohoo. They claim I didn’t include 3 items in my returned package (even though I have a witness - my partner helped me pack and return it). They claimed to review CCTV but provide zero proof. Please avoid shopping from boohoo at all costs!! @boohoo_cshelp
