Disgraceful behaviour #waitrose, wonder who was responsible for this decision? Ok for Tom to work for nothing but not in a paid job, absolutely shocking.
@British_Airways@Iberia Iberia cancelled our flights, transferred to BA on same T&Cs which included free seat selection. Iberia say call BA, @British_Airways say you have to pay or Iberia do the selection. Four calls still not resolved. So which is it @Iberia@British_Airways?
@lufthansa anybody out there on flight LH778, Frankfurt-Singapore 1st October delayed by 14 hours due to fault with the air con? @lufthansa rejecting eu comp claim on basis of βcircumstances beyond their controlβ! If so, escalate to Luftfahrt-Bundesant, German aviation authority

@qatarairways I booked flights TLS - SIN via DOH, returning HKG - TLS via DOH 6 months ago - today you email to advise the flights will depart and arrive at CDG!!! No explanation or apology- am I supposed to rearrange the additional travel and foot the bill for additional costs?
@nextofficial returned faulty sandals which arrived with a mark on them a month ago, still waiting for refund and no response from customer services β¦
