@SouthwestAir flight was delayed to the point that I would miss my connection and get stuck for the night, so I booked a flight on a different airline. The system is not allowing me to cancel my flight. Need a solution before you mark me as a no show! Way to make it impossible
I took 95 flights last year. 72 of those were on @united. I also spent over $50k on my United Club card. I still came nowhere close to qualifying for 1k. It feels like United has made it unachievable. Time to switch airlines? Which has the better program? @AmericanAir@Delta
I had to travel with another airline, as others were leaving BNA. Over the phone they were very helpful and cancelled the outgoing portion of my ticket. My refund request for this segment was denied. Who can I talk to about a refund / flight credit? This is insane.
@AmericanAir - my flight from BNA to DFW on 1/15 was delayed 26 hours. Originally it was due to weather, but it became an issue with AA not having enough equipment to de-ice their planes, which the airport was very clear about. I had to cancel my flight as I missed a work event.
@hungryroot I am taking care of my mom who had surgery recently & has been trying to convince me to order your service. But every night I go to make dinner & find that so many of your products have no expiration / best by date. How is this ok??? PLEASE add dates!! To everything!
@westelm Your responses are completely useless and don’t change the fact that you are unwilling (NOT unABLE) to correct your mistakes. Beyond disappointed. You lost my item. Period. The fact that you won’t make it right by replacing that lost item is unbelievable.
Unless you can walk into a @westelm store, purchase an item and take it home with you, avoid this company!!! Their policies and customer service are beyond disgusting. After months of waiting, they admitted that they lost my order and wanted to just issue a “sorry”. No solutions.
Told that we would be contacted by customer service by either phone or in writing to let us know what they would be willing to do. DO NOT ORDER from @westelm. Unless you can purchase something in store and take it home with you, avoid at all costs!
@westelm ordered a quick ship sofa in order to have it arrive prior to my moms hip replacement surgery this month. The date continues to be pushed back and tracking just shows in transit to NJ. You are deceiving customers and it is not right! Need a status on this purchase!
After calling @westelm, my sofa was magically ready for delivery! They showed up yesterday and brought 2 of the same piece of the sectional! So I have half of a sofa now. The delivery guy couldn’t have been any nicer, but said that after he attempted to resolve the issue, he was
An unfortunate last minute change in work schedule has resulted in needing to change cities. Intentionally also booked a Marriott in those cities resulting in the same total nights. But needing to leave my current hotel early has Marriott wanting to charge double. Lesson learned!
@MarriottBonvoy disappointed to hear that for a lifetime elite member, a change in plans is not something Marriott is willing to work with their loyal customers on. The world has changed, some of your policies may need to as well.
@Airbnb Have a reservation in Charlotte, NC this weekend and my entire family has just tested positive for Covid so will not be traveling. The host has said it is too late to cancel - what is the policy???
