Boarding my 12th @SouthwestAir flight since the new boarding process/assigned seat change and I gotta tell you… it remains absolutely terrible. Just an awful experience from start to finish.

Flight #3 - it’s one thing to know a change is a cash grab, another to live it. I paid for a seat in Row 8 and there are 6 people in the 42 seats in front of me. The back of the plane is completely full. What are we doing here @SouthwestAir ?

My 2nd experience with the new @SouthwestAir and… it got worse. Paid for better seats but didn’t get better boarding so my bag is rows behind me, passengers are being shamed for not packing light, and it’s taking significantly longer to board. Seriously. 0/10. I hate this.

@AmericanAir Missed the mark big time. They started checking bags after group 4 and one of the people impacted is going to Iraq. Your flight attendant threatened to have him removed twice for pointing out, politely, the bins are only 75% full. We carry on our bags for a reason.

I’m flying international and was forced to gate check. There are least 6 open bins and the stewardess just threatened to remove a man who politely asked why we had to check our bags. Absolute bullshit from @AmericanAir . Be better.
