Just spent 2+ hours with @FlyFrontier customer service after my flight was canceled at the gate. We lost over $1,000 in costs (missed work, pet boarding, meds, parking) — and they offered us $100 in vouchers. That’s it. No manager, no real help. This is unacceptable.
