My favorite thing happened again today. Watching my 8th grade students take a 5th grade struggling student and help them get back regulated by talking dinosaurs! This kid was a table flipper 3 years ago! ❤️

My job has so many amazing moments, but today when I watched my 8th grade girl give advice and a hug to one of my 5th grade boys who struggles, it really made me feel good. That girl was that struggling student 2 years ago. ❤️
