A4- education holds almost all responsibility for allyship in students’ lives!! Some of them do not have this kind of interaction accessible else where. By showing them how to communicate effectively and respectfully with their peers provides them with a good start! #BuildHopeEDU
A3- incorporating allyship into the students’ daily life is essential and could be broadcasted through more school assemblies, more interaction with the other staff members (not just secluded to one designated classroom!) and even through group work/projects! #BuildHopeEDU
A2- allyship in schools could be seen in many ways, a few being encouraging a colleague or classmate throughout the work day, lending a hand in a fellow staff members classroom (subbing, paraprofessional, etc) intentional check ins, etc! #BuildHopeEDU
A3- A few tips for a successful career in education all circles back to the passion that you bring to the profession. If you truly enjoy what you are doing and bring your “A-Game”everyday, you will gain respect. #teachpos
A2- In order to create long-lasting relationships with colleagues you must go out of your way to help others and present yourself as a kind person/helping hand. Be assertive and respectful of how other teachers do things in their classrooms. #teachpos
A1- In order for students to feel known and seen, they must feel understood. Being encouraging and understanding is a great tool when building relationships with students. #teachpos

I appreciate every gift I receive, but a handwritten note just goes the extra mile. A parent telling me how they've seen their child grow while in my class, or a student thanking me for a lesson they truly loved. That's what really touches my heart. #education
