@AmazonUK I cannot believe that your customer services were unable to sort out an issue I had with a voucher my daughter got me. She is a poor student and you have basically stolen £30 off her and will not honour your voucher. Shame on you

@AmazonHelp Also the person I spoke to could see on system it was a £30 voucher so I really don’t see what the issue is? I asked them to just add £30 to my account balance and they said they can’t. This personally seems like stealing to me?! You have taken my daughters £30 and keeping it

@AmazonHelp Thanks @AmazonUK I have to say previously you have always been really helpful. I have been told that without the claim code you cannot honour the voucher, I don’t have the claim code. I think we all thought that the gift card with card number on it would work. I’m really upset 😢
