Last night, we proudly welcomed volunteers from across the game to our Female Volunteer Forum, supported by @BAESystemsplc. This exciting evening gave female volunteers from our Kent game the chance to step over the sidelines and experience an introduction to coaching, led by David Webb and Sam Buttress.
It was fantastic to see confidence grow throughout the evening as attendees discovered how their existing life skills can transfer to the pitch, breaking down barriers and opening doors to the next steps on their coaching journey within their club environments.
A huge thank you to Ballerz for hosting us and setting the perfect stage.
