@liamtreacy @IrishTimes Its too hard to save, the cost of everything eats up workers wages. An old 2 bed town house outside Dublin costs about 300k on average. You might get a 100k mortgage if youre lucky! How on earth is anyone supposed to save 200k on a normal salary?

@philippilk We had institutions were women who stepped out of line & people with any sort of disability or mental health problem were locked away and abused. Allot of people emigrated to escape Ireland and the church.

@NewstalkFM My ex would log in, sit in a half hour meeting and go back to bed, he was allowed to go travelling for 8 weeks in South America while he 'worked remotely', ive another friend who was allowed to live in Spain for 3 months while working from home. Employers are taking the p!ss.

@TeamLH_tears @IrishmanIRL While Irish people are highly educated they work the average jobs that run the country and are generally low paid. Indian workers mostly work for high paying tech companies. This is scewing the 'average wage' data which is much lower than stats would indicate.
