@FPLGOAT7 Classic tekkers here 😂 Try and get your average pace (8 min 19 second miles) in place ASAP on your next outing…and stay there. Will feel slow/uncomfortable at first, but for perspective, 9 minute miles gets a sub-4 hour marathon 🔥

@thetweetofpaul @UKRunChat Buses from the finish are possibly a better option than the metro as queues are lighter and they just leave when full. Bring your debit card (although it’s nice to help out a few fellow runner in need ☺️). I’d suggest staying city centre or Jesmond every time.
