@HastingsDirect so disappointed with the service received from Hastings. Been with them ever since I have passed my test so around 6 years! Got my renewal the other day and gone up like 40%, shopped around and got quotes and could get easily for what I am paying now or less!

@HastingsDirect I mean I just did a quote on admiral after being told it will be the same elsewhere and put in exactly the same info as my policy with you and the would offer to me for £70 against the quote I have been given by you of £114 when previously been paying £89 a month

@HastingsDirect Yes I have just done this, told me the best they could do would be to knock off a couple of pounds and nothing else which I find hard to believe. Just disappointed as always been happy with you and looks like I am going to have to go elsewhere! 😔
