@Braddersole @ben_terrett @fesshole Wrong. In the UK, a loss assessor is appointed by the claimant, and works for the claimant. A loss adjuster is appointed by the insurer and is an unbiased party working for both insurer and the client. They are two different roles, which begs the validity of the fess.
