Life has been a hectic ball of stress lately..last night I put that all away&laid my head on Zachs sleeping chest.I quietly listened to his beautifuly expanding breaths with perfectly clear lung sounds.I heard his strong heart beat going at exactly 52 bpm.&he saved me yet again💓
