@A_W_M_B @midwivesASAM @irwinmitchell Weren’t they delicious? I’m gutted… I was saving the snacks for my journey home, but when I got back to the table after the final coffee break, someone had swiped the bag! 😭 I was going to have the chai and parle biscuits when I got back home 😢
@PMHPUK PS. A few years ago, I made a short podcast for some women I was working with to help them find simple ways of moving. It’s never been publically released, but the link is here for anyone who’d like a gentle way in to movement:

@PMHPUK I’d like to make a deposit in the pot. 🤗 My message is this: move! You might not feel like moving, but even 5 can have such a profound effect. Dance, shake, walk, stretch, jog, jump, jiggle, wiggle… it doesn’t have to be perfect or pretty, it just has to be movement
Beautiful words from @DrChrisBarnes:
“Great researchers (and dancers) are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion!”
How lucky I’ve been to have had that passion nurtured and steered by my wonderful supervisors!
