@British_Airways Hi I have just checked in on your website for my flight tomorrow, and I can download my boarding pass from your website. However I am unable to see my boarding pass on the app and the app says I have not yet checked in. Is there a problem with the app?

@ZARA I contacted customer service re order 53551215178 which was not delivered. Zara looked into this and say that it was delivered. The parcel definitely was not delivered - I was in the house at the time and also have checked with neighbours. Please assist.
