We’ve given up an infield pop up “I thought you had it” goal, a goal with our goalie 25 yards out and our best player just reverse Willis Reeded us. It’s not going well.
I truly implore folks not to argue with “people” on this app about important events.
You’re going to drown in a sea of bots, paid foreign accounts cosplaying as Americans, and truly the worst of our citizenry.
Talk to real human beings in real life.
You’ll feel better.
The amount of ppl that don’t understand what a catch is in the rule book flabbergasts me. And it’s not the officials. The two plays yesterday were not difficult calls, and they got them both right.
It’s been a totally surreal 7 year run.
5 Super Bowl trips, 3 Rings, played in the Conference Championship game every single year.
Everything caught up with them this year & they just didn’t have it.
No shame in that, just is what it is.
Now we just pray Patrick is OK.
Patrick Mahomes is underrated. Yea I said it. We don’t talk about his individual greatness enough. He’s extremely talented but he also plays hard as hell! I’m so impressed with his effort… no matter the situation, no matter the score.
Never a doubt.
KC has 3 wins this year.
One ended Russell Wilson’s career.
One ended the Ravens season.
One ended the Lions brief reign atop everyone’s Power Rankings.
Rashee gets back next week.
Offense been back since #TheTackleThatTurnedTheTide
Look out.
Andy Reid appreciation post: Since he took over in 2013, the Chiefs have the most wins (143) in the NFL ... by 21. Nine straight division titles, 5 AFC titles, 3 Super Bowl titles ... 0 Coach of the Years. The average win total for NFL Coach of the Year is 12. Andy's average: 12.
Since evidently we are doing this, lead by the highest profile & highest paid NFL reporter in history, here’s the last Roughing the Passer call Mahomes got in the playoffs, prior to the Texans game.
What a flop!
This is incredibly embarrassing for someone who commands zero respect. Almost every one of these the announcers say are clear penalties. The one that they don’t the NFL reviewed it and said it was a penalty.

It’s insane that someone in the league is pushing this, and/or allowing the most visible person to spew this kind of BS. Maybe the Chiefs are better coached and don’t hit QBs late or in the head/neck. Back in my day teams who got less penalties called were considered better coached. Insane.
The league’s voice with the largest reach is insinuating the league both influences games via refereeing AND favors one team specifically. It’s not a cute little joke. That would be the biggest sports scandal ever, especially with everything being tied to gambling these days.
It’s just exhausting.
@JoshDubowAP has outlined every imaginable scenario to show the Chiefs are league average (or worse!) over Mahomes career AND just the last 3 years in any penalty margin/ref category.
Folks don’t care.
We ALL saw the refs blow a HUGE DPI/OPI call in BUF/BAL that basically put 7 points on the board for BUF, we just move on because shit happens & refereeing is hard.
Folks don’t care.
But because the refs got ONE call wrong in KC-HOU (the first call, despite Aikman’s protests, was correct AND was reviewed by New York & upheld), it’s 4 days of hysteria. Ignoring that if the call hadn’t happened, KC would’ve had the devastating situation of… 2nd & 6 AND ignoring that Houston SCORED ONE TOUCHDOWN & PLAYED TERRIBLY!
Now, folks, lead by disingenuous media members, are clinging to this crazy idea that a well coached, veteran, champion team avoiding penalties in the *postseason* is somehow EVIDENCE of a league wide conspiracy!
But when asked to provide the playoff game that the Chiefs won thanks to the ref they come up with… what?
An obvious hold in the Super Bowl that the defensive player said after the game, and I quote, “"It was a holding. I tugged his jersey. I was hoping they would let it slide."
An obvious roughing the passer penalty in AFCCG that the defensive player said, and I quote, “I didn’t know how far out of bounds we were.”
Or an unnecessary roughness call in the 3rd quarter of a game KC was winning that turned 2nd & 6 into a 1st down?
It’s all fever dream nonsense, lead by angry fans on social media & media members who have proudly tripled down on horrendous Chiefs takes that now feel boxed in by their continued excellence. That’s all.
