@JetstarAirways My mum and I are currently in Adelaide airport. We had to stay here overnight because I been told that I missed my flight from Adelaide to Melbourne JQ777. But actually we checked in 3 hours before and waited at the gate 26 all the time. Till to 8:45pm, I went to

I have to pay $150 to move my book to tomorrow morning flight. No discount, no accommodation. I accepted all, but just asked the staff check us in tonight that we can sleep on the carpet. She said no. Then 3 Jetstar staff left. Before they gone, one of them said "you are very
