Loki showed signs of colic, so I’m staying by his side tonight and hoping he’ll be okay. Grateful to have caring barn owners helping and keeping an eye on him. Horse ownership isn’t always pretty, but loving these fragile creatures is always worth the worry. ❤️🐴

Volunteering doesn’t have to be hard! Sometimes, bringing baby bunnies to visit seniors is enough to brighten their day. Seeing their smiles makes it all worthwhile. 🩷🐰

Day four without power so I figured I might as well dress the part. Jokes aside, our town is still recovering from Tuesday morning’s storm. It’s the worst and most damaging storm in over 75 years in the area. As someone who wrote an apocalyptic series, this hits way too close.
