@CatalystClinPsy @premierinn @premierinn are you aware of how poor your reputation for accessibility is? We’ve had issues before with ‘accessible’ rooms being up stairs/having bathrooms so narrow a small wheelchair wouldn’t even fit through the door.

Unacceptable safety problems routinely happening here.
