Outstanding effort from the Winchester Field Team today ๐. But weโre not there yet. The pressure is on for the Track events tomorrow - bring it on!
You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?
"Well because someone bumped into me, of course!"
Wrong answer.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it until you get rattled.

When life gets tough, what spills over?
It is with great sadness that the Army Medical Services must announce the death of Sergeant Lisa Bateman. During this difficult time, all of our sincere condolences, thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones.

Itโs #ReservesDay and Iโm extremely proud to serve as a reservist the RAMC. Being a reservist has not only developed me personally but also professionally and has been a great benefit to my role within the NHS at @landdhospital and now at @atrwinchester.

Hello Alfie
I was wondering if you could put a post up for me. My husband SSGT Jamie Ferguson (RAMC) took his own life yesterday morning. He had been a soldier for 20 years & worked with lots of units including 3 para.
Absolutely devastated to hear that SSgt Jamie Ferguson (RAMC) took his own life yesterday. He leaves behind a wife, a son and two stepdaughters that all adored him. His wife said he was loved beyond measure. He served alongside one of my best friends, and it has broken my heart.
Last Friday marked my last day working as a Physiotherapist at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital. What an incredible journey it has been!

This weekend OCdts from Oxford UOTC competed in the annual Queens Challenge Cup. OCdts from UOTCs from across the country compete in a range of sports, hosted at @rmasandhurst. OCdts enjoyed the friendly competition and would like to thank all UOTCs for their sportsmanship.
Massive congratulations to one of our Officer Cadets who has just completed a 3200 mile, month long cycle across the United States for charity.
OCdt Fearn and his friend Sam completed this feat in aid of @crisis_uk, a charity combatting homelessness.
