PGY2 is done!! 🫁🫀🫘
I especially want to thank my preceptors at Rush for all their guidance, and I could not have asked for better co-residents!
It is bittersweet that I am leaving Chicago, but I will be heading back to my UAMS family to be the best SOT Pharmacist I can be!
#Hyperammonemia after #LungTransplant: meta-analisys on possible etiologies and successful strategies to manage this fatal complication @AmirFocus https://t.co/aFqncf7CAl

Final CE presentation of my PGY2 is done! This presentation looked at management of PTDM with a focus on GLP1s, SGLT2s, & DPP4s. This was a huge topic, but I was able to dive into the literature to asses diabetic agents and their potential use in the SOT population ✨
#FeatureFriday 🔦 Emily Morgan (@Emily_Morgan93) is a PGY2 in SOT at Rush University Medical Center. Check out her full blog this week on the IMTR PRN listserv, “Special Considerations for Paxlovid Treatment Among Transplant Recipients with SARS-CoV-2 Infection” ✨
