After nearly 30 years of Republican control, Texas now ranks 40th overall in education & 47th in reading.

Whoa. A Texas House Committee just passed a bill to raise the minimum purchasing age of a semi-automatic rifle to 21 years old. Uvalde parents, activists, & organizers made this possible. Never give up. Change might be slow, but it’s coming. This is so long overdue.
