Just watched ‘Maternal Instinct’ on Netflix and I have thoughts….

I understand the importance of HIPPA laws & patient privacy, but if a doctor personally removes a patients uterus, and then that patient later publicly announces a pregnancy on social media with a gender reveal and maternity photos, I think that doctor should be able to raise concerns with a social worker or something to get that patient help without fear of violating any laws.

Why does everything need to wait until someone gets hurt?
Is this a mental health awareness thing or a law reform thing?

The term “womb raider” is used to describe someone that cuts a pregnant woman open and steals her unborn baby.
I’ve seen warnings in public pregnancy forums about womb raiders.
We clearly have a problem somewhere.
