@JustEatUK customer service is horrific. Ordered nearly three hours ago. Order clearly stuck in the system somewhere refusing to refund me. No food. Several customer service people just repeating the same ai generated responses. Never again

Hey @asda my food delivery never arrived yesterday. I had to call to chase! Apparently a van broke down and someone would call to reschedule! This never happened either so I would like my money back please!
