@palmpay_ng I have given my permission to reverse only the 3 transactions that were reported because after I told the hiring manager about my account being frozen they also blocked me and stopped contacting me
@palmpay_ng@mondChl53759 I was hired to work remotely online and I was asked to give out my account to use for work as a means of receiving and transferring money through my account and that was what might have been their source of the reported transaction that led to the freezing of my account.
@palmpay_ng@mondChl53759 Reverse the transaction and free my account. I dont have any connection to the inflow of that transaction, and I can't provide what I don't have.
Please work on upgrading your security system, just like OPAY a report was made with legit prove and transfer was retained.
