This will likely be addressed in pre-trial motions. Those messages may never make it to trial. Every “confession” is problematic.

Family is not on a list for prosecution for be used as potential witnesses-which you would expect if they had heard a confession.

We can see now even from their clip that the video is shot in a way that does not show any audience-so that was a lie.

She confirmed it did not include what their clip showed and reiterated that multiple donors claim that statement wasn’t made.

Any video shown to media would likely include the altered content as it was shown a purpose. Candace had the video long before they knew to lie

He shows comments with curse words but doesn’t say the word because of the restrictions. I’ve never heard him say it’s because he’s above using that language.

@daltonwelbern @baroncoleman You get to the truth by getting people to admit or reveal that they lied. It’s a well known interrogation technique, as well as basic common sense. She asked if they had video of Charlie saying what they claimed and asked to see it if so.

That is what Candace has been asking TPUSA to release and what she claimed doesn’t exist. She never made any statements about a video of the speech in general existing or having a copy.
