@goldrushtodd I’m so sorry to hear this Todd. I know exactly how you feel. I lost my best friend last month after 15 amazing years together and I miss her so much. My thoughts go out to you and your family
@Mellor76 I felt like this but tested negative for covid when the symptoms started. It wasn’t until 5 days later it showed as positive and then took another 5 days to come up with a negative test. Hope you’re feeling better soon x
@LeoDTyrson@BikeSgt Patting each other on their backs after murdering what is probably the closest things this poor man has to a family!! Doesn’t look like they were that upset. They were not out of control, it was the police’s handling of them and the situation that made them look out of control
@RSPCA_official Omg poor baby girl. It’s ridiculous how some animals get passed around like objects, without a care of what might happen to them. She was given away before Christmas but he couldn’t give any further details! Hmm really?!! Surely there’s cctv in the area?
@Ryan_Jackson15@marriott_m14618@dizzy_mama@watch_welfare And yes these are unfortunately mutants. Traits bred in only for human vanity, greed or whatever it is that makes them put their need before the welfare of the animal.
@Ryan_Jackson15@marriott_m14618@dizzy_mama@watch_welfare Didn’t they cross breeds to produce the thoroughbred then? That’s just irresponsible breeding if what they are producing can’t live life exhibiting normal behaviours for the species. It’s as bad as people the breeding the brachycephalic dogs that can’t breathe and run around
@Ryan_Jackson15@marriott_m14618@dizzy_mama@watch_welfare There’s obviously something wrong with the breed if they can’t be let out in a field and just be what they are….horses. Maybe it’s time to stop breeding these mutants if they can’t enjoy a normal life.
@dan710ths They give up with me when I challenge them back. They don’t like if you mentioned the animal welfare act, that doesn’t seem to apply to the racing industry. Especially the freedom from pain, discomfort and disease and the freedom from stress and distress. We are clowns apparently
@Chrismark94 They wouldn’t go extinct if people like the breed, same with any animal. After all you can still ride them! It would just stop the over breeding and save thousands of ex race horses and ones not good enough from being slaughtered each year.
@watch_welfare There’s no excuses for what happened to this horse and the thousands of others sent for slaughter. An animal should taken on for life, not just while it makes you money. If you can’t do that then don’t get one in the first place. Irresponsible people
@MailOnline There are videos on YouTube about the difference in ingredients between the UK and American McDonalds. That’s old, old news. They don’t use beef flavouring here in the UK but they do over there plus a ton of other crap in their food.
@MailOnline People only injured! so what. The owners, trainers, spectators, the media and anyone who put a bet on that race are responsible for the deaths of those horses. It’s a pity the same number of jockeys weren’t killed. Would people still enjoy it and think it’s acceptable then?!
Oh no people only injured! The owners, trainers, spectators and anyone who put a bet on that race are responsible for the deaths of those horses. It’s a pity the same number of jockeys weren’t killed. Would people still enjoy it and think it’s acceptable then? #GrandNational2023
@domdyer70 There’s nothing entertaining about this cruel sport. Would people still enjoy it as much and think it’s acceptable if the same number of jockey’s as horses were killed each grand national, I doubt it.
@racingblogger My thoughts are with all those poor horses who have been killed racing, not with the owners. People who care for their animals protect them from harm not make them jump ridiculously high fences, happily gambling with their lives just for a few minutes of human pleasure.
