Today we have launched the new prescription chart in Surgical areas. The revised VTE risk assessment has been years in the making and i'm so pleased with the outcome. Couldn't have done it without my amazing clinical and pharmacy colleagues on the VTE committee. @stinsley13
Great day today with the Quality Nurses talking all things Tendable. Great to see so many of you passionate about improving quality for our patients. @teamqualityuhnm@Simon__Rodger@WeAreTendable

Today was a good day! Met with our Preceptees this morning inviting them to think about quality and safety and the rest of the day we have been introducing some of our Royal Stoke staff to @WeAreTendable@Simon__Rodger@teamqualityuhnm
