@British_Airways @British_Airways due to a technical error your end we have £2450 pending on our bank. Tried contacting you and had the phone put down on me 3/4 times when I asked to escalate to a manager. The money needs releasing now as we have gone into minus on the account.

@British_Airways They cannot do anything with a pending transaction. It will auto release Wednesday evening but how does that help me now with no funds

@British_Airways It was a technical error, the booking never went through. The bank cannot do anything whilst it is pending. HSBC and PayPal advised it is BA the original merchant that needs to request it be released.
