Delay in the Salaries is due to the transition from PFMS Mode to SNA Sparsh Mode.
Although most of the DDO's have submitted the Bills to the Treasuries but the issue was that the Allotment was received by the DDO's in 3 Categories Gen, SC and ST which was causing inconvenience.

Education department released salary allotment funds from samgrashiksha on August 7 to all CEOs , Unfortunately employees on ground have not received salaries yet.Thousands of employees are waiting for 5 months salaries.Honourable @sakinaitoo is requested for intervention.
