The Bible, a collection of religious text is telling you that leadership / vision is central to a people's survival.

This is not about me just having an opinion.

Take a first-principles approach to things:

1.. If you have issues with the church / mosque? Check well. It's usually a leadership issue.

If it is the members you have issues with, then the leadership permitted a certain culture in that religious community.

2.. If you have issues with government, check the leadership.

3.. If you see an armed robber, or juvenile delinquent in society, check if there was a present and responsible father figure in their lives.
