Do you think about the meaning of your words and what they say. Words are very powerful and can turn negative feelings into positive one's. Equally they can reduce self confidence.
I think more people in the work & family environment would benefit from reflection of their words.

Admin need to be placed back into the community nursing teams to achieve this, not sit in admin hubs and pass on the admin tasks to the nurses. #districtnursing

A: The 24/7 District Nursing service does this now & coordinates health & social care. Invest & strengthen the existing DN services.

Spent whole day yesterday walking around @FollyFarmWales. Learned a lot about the animals, saw our favourite animals and I got a lot of steps in for #nurseactive.
Brilliant place to go to for holiday. Girls favourite place.
