They put unnecessary force on his neck which suffocated him. The surveillance video shown in court did not support the claim that he resisted arrest. You can look at the video yourself!

Black people are constantly killed due to the color of their skin and racism, not by accident. according to charts FROM YOUR FBI 68% of crimes are committed by white people, and 26% by black.
