@janedean1975@thetracheteam@lisajanehayward Good evening Jane. Thank you for your kind comment. I would be more than happy to discuss the rationale behind the chosen banding with you and I can assure you that it has been appropriately assessed against the correct benchmarking. Kind regards, Emma.

✔️Pt centred care planning
Looking forward to this Thursday’s National Tracheostomy Network webinar series as we open discussions around “Palliative Tracheostomy Decannulation” and share practice, experiences and view points. Email [email protected] to join ✅ 🗣
It has been incredible to see @trachezey grow + shape her role to meet the needs of pts across Lancs + S.Cumbria as the first “Tracheostomy Specialist Therapy Assistant” - the appreciation + respect she receives from patients on a daily basis reflects the true impact she has ⭐️⭐️
@YvonneElley@thetracheteam@crystalcoe28@NTSP_UK I think they’re invaluable! A useful way to network across different clinical areas + support one another to improve consistency of care, regardless of the acute setting. I think they can be any band, they just need a passion for improvement + confidence to disseminate info
Absolute pleasure to present to the NZ SLT Trache Association yesterday:
•community weaning •laryngeal & resp wean •acute to community discharge planning •case studies •supporting pts & carers •NMES, IQoro, Biozoon, EMST
