You see it in a lot of businesses, behaviour in a company is driven from the top and people see that behaviour as 'ok', be an honerable leader, behave in a positive way with integrity to inspire others, let them mirror that rather than a negative, nasty, bully #undercoverhospital

I do hope people will lose their jobs and be charged, im really struggling to watch #undercoverhospital but it needs to be outed. People/colleagues need to stand up to bullies, why they choose to work in these positions is just to abuse their power.
