@LeShuttle_Help Hi Kate. I’m not finding that page any use at all. There is no reason as to why there is a delay except to say that it is busy. This cannot be unexpected. We are flexiplus and zero information about how long we will be waiting in this queue. Can you at least manage expectations?

@LeShuttle_Help Why is it so slow in Calais today and why is it so difficult to post any useful and informed updates? Delayed on the way to France on the 27th, it was hours after Eurostar updated as to the reason that you posted anything. Slow again today. Hugely disappointing.
