@cineworld Disappointing service having been unlimited members for over 7 years! Don't cancel our booking, we'll still be attending but seriously think you need to remove "if these seats dont suit, please let us know" from the email as clearly nothing can be done!

@cineworld We have move from screen 2 to 3 and have been moved rows. We've been to both screens and not much difference but the row we have been moved to is too close to the front for comfortable viewing
@cineworld And how could this change? Would they then move someone else on the day, inconvenience them?! Just finding it hard to see why we have been moved and one of our original seats is still empty?
@cineworld Screen isn't much bigger and the row we originally had still has a single empty seat left. Its not until Sunday and is sold out 🤦🏼♀️ really disappointed as we purposely booked in advance to get the seats we wanted! As unlimited card holders we go weekly!!
