Here we go again, unfortunately I was told yesterday my cancer had returned.
I’m being referred to a specialist in Edinburgh… fingers crossed we get some updates soon🫶🏽
I leave @DurhamAcf to focus on being an SSI in the @CCFcadets after 18 month Dual Rolling.
I’ve had the opportunities to run FTX’s & ranges across the county which has got me to where I am. Many lessons learnt & friends for life. I’ll continue to support the ACF whenever I can.
Could not be prouder of my cadet team.
3rd place at nationals is a massive achievement & they are the first competitors from A company since 2015
I’ve finished my final nationals & extended my record to 5 national wins
1 more interservice competition to go

Feel so privileged to be awarded a commandants coin at the end of annual camp ❤️ it was a hard camp but nothing in life is easy!! The road to recovery is looking good💪🏽
Athletics over the last 3 years. First photo unaware I had cancer, second photo was during my treatment and 3rd photo cancer free this year.
Happy in every single photo too 😁
Had an overwhelming sense of pride when driving the combi to regional athletics! Hearing the cadets talk about cadets and all laughing!! Just makes everything worthwhile 🏃♂️💨
