@CarltonFans Fair comment. I think it’s worth doing lower down the pyramid or for clubs with less hardcore support and only really works for local derbies where there’s no travelling involved

Also the novelty is what makes it different too so agree with clubs doing it once per season

I don’t understand why more non league clubs don’t give Friday Night Football a go

If this game was played today at 3pm they would struggle to get 3 figures and yet last night a crowd of over 300 showed up for what will probably be Southwell’s biggest crowd of the season

We were poor in the first half and the visitors deserved their lead. Second half we were much better, equalised & had momentum, but then got a red card. Clipstone won it with a free header from a corner.

I watch crewe because I want to support the club that’s in my family and put money in to the local community. You can’t do that on tv

We are never on tv, our ground only holds 10,000 and we will never win the premier league, but I am proud to support a team alongside other fans from the town with players in the team from the local area

Clubs in England get thousands of supporters in the 5th and 6th tiers as it’s not about how good they are, it’s about supporting your town
