@greateranglia @Haylescom We have the same issue. Any fix in place?

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@greateranglia Could you please turn on the power to the chargers on the 18.46 from Liv St to Braintree please? They never seem to work on any of your trains

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@RyanairCs1Tm Hi Christopher. Your X team, WhatsApp team, your app and the airport board are all saying different things. No sign of anyone from Ryanair at airport. X says cancelled, app says going at 18.00, board says leaving at 19.05 and your WhatsApp team says they don’t know! Any update??

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@RyanairCs1Tm You will see from our direct chat that this isn’t going very well.

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@RyanairCs1Tm Done

@Ryanair FR621 due to leave Menorca at 15.40 - could you please provide an update? Understand that incoming flight had to land in Palma so did not make it to Menorca. What should we do? No information here.

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@greateranglia @kingpinkante Thanks James. Later than 18.00. 18.02 works - thanks

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@greateranglia @kingpinkante Is the 18.02 running?

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@greateranglia @kingpinkante Hi James

What about Liv St to Kelvedon?

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@greateranglia Thanks Georgie, hopefully they change the banner very soon as I can see from your Twitter page that it is causing a lot of frustration for passengers.

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@greateranglia Thanks Georgie - changing the banner should help people. Much appreciated

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@greateranglia There are more but these are the ones that affected me.

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@greateranglia Yep, 06.31, 07.16, 07.29 Kelvedon to Liv st

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@AnglianWater Hi Will - tried that - no answer

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@AnglianWater hi, your website isn’t working to report an issue, keeps crashing. Tried calling - have been waiting to speak to someone for over 30 mins - any other options??

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@AnglianWater We have had a drastic drop in water pressure. In Coggeshall. How can I report?

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@greateranglia 06.43 kelvedon to Liv st train is stuck between Chelmsford and ingatestone. Any idea why we are stationary and when we are likely to be on the move?

[Emma Byrne @EmmaJByrne7]

@greateranglia Thanks
